For the first time since we've had kids we were actually able to go trick or treating this year- up until now we've had somebody that needed to be in bed at a ridiculous hour, read...5:30! But now that we're a little older we decided to paint the town, well...not really, but the girls did think that it was quite intriuging that they were given candy for merely wearing funny outfits and knocking on strangers' doors. But, they quite happily walked away with plenty of loot and were literally bouncing off the walls as we tried to wrestle them into their beds once we got home...here are a few pics from the day.

This was Elle after a little too much candy.
Funny side note...as we were walking back to our car Elle looked up and said, "There's a baby in my belly..."- but this time, unlike the other times she's said it, she looked quite serious. I think she must have eaten so much candy, despite my best efforts, that she felt like she indeed had a baby in her belly- ha, thank goodness Halloween's only once a year!
